Red's is a 1930s-1940s style classic men's barbershop. We have uniformed, professional barbers that are experts in providing men's haircuts, straight razor shaves and general grooming services. We also offer retail items for men that include hair grooming products, shaving sets, classic men's hats, umbrellas, cuff links, colognes and designer ties. The shop is designed to return a man to a time when life was slower and a bit more relaxed. We have vintage barber chairs, tin ceilings, a black and white checkered floor in the service area and hard wood floors, leather chairs and dark wood finishes in the retail portion of the shop. We are open 8-6, Monday-Friday and 10-5 on Saturdays.

Be a man and get a cut at Red's
If you're a man and you're tired of getting "clipped" at fast-food hair cut joints or you're tired of foo-foo salons that are geared toward women, you gotta try Red's. When you walk in you are greeted with a handshake. The decor is classic old-world and evokes a forgotten time. From the antique chairs to the throwback hair tonic for sale, it's like stepping back in time (in a very good sense). They didn't ask what number of clipper I wanted. No, they used scissors. Finishing the cut with a straight razor on the neck and sideburns was a nice touch. Their barbers were extremely courteous and you can tell they were trained to treat customers right. Be a man, get a cut at Red's.

Return of the Gentleman
Red's Classic Barber Shop, located downtown on Washington St., is a gentleman's delight. Not only does every hair cut include a classic razor finish and a refreshing warm towel, but all aspects of this establishment radiate sophistication. In the lobby, there are numerous authentic leather couches for waiting clients, a shoe-shine chair, and a small gift shop that sells everything from shaving equipment to designer fashion accessories. To top it off, Red's offers Coca-Cola out of the classic glass bottles for a mere 89 cents. The staff is extremely friendly and will always remember your name. If you're looking for a real barber shop and your best haircut yet, try Red's, you won't regret it.
